Yes, they approve it at 13.06. My 1st cash out after they approved it was fast, but this is the second one and still no money to my bank account. I have contacted them 5 times now, without any luck

The same issue here, but with a little difference. I wasn’t able to upload my documents for verification. There was an error in the website constantly. So I’ve sent en email and they replied me with the option to send my docs with email. After sending my docs a received a confirmation with the message that my account would be verified within 48 hours. I’m more than 72 hours waiting now and still didn’t get an email that my account is verified, neither I can see it is on the website in my account section.

I sent my documents last Wednesday to them. I’d allready sent an email when they think the withdrawals will be processed. The only answer I get is: ‘all of your deposits are credited to your account, if you think there’s an amount missing send us a screenshot from the bank or payment method’. They don’t answer my questions about verification and withdrawals.
