Verovatno nisam u potpunosti razumeo na šta očekujete da Casino Guru odgovori. Možda će se nekoliko tačaka ipak baviti temom 🙂.
Pre svega, mi se ne bavimo međunarodnim pravom, niti tužbama. Ako igrač tuži kazino, to na kraju ne znači da će sud odlučiti slučaj u skladu sa našim sopstvenim pristupom. Pretpostavljam da zvuči čudno, ali pokušaću da objasnim:
Igrači iz Nemačke su ubeđeni da su u pravu što su podneli tužbu protiv kazina sa licencom na Kurasau gde su namerno odlučili da igraju jer su ti igrači na kraju otkrili da je kazino za njih „ilegalni". U takvim okolnostima, takvi igrači veruju da je u redu deponovati i igrati u kazinu, a zatim tražiti depozite kada izgube sav novac. Iz perspektive prava, sudije bi se složile sa ovom logikom.
Mi, s druge strane, fokusiramo se na prednost koju bi takvi igrači imali u odnosu na kazina. Iz druge perspektive, takvi igrači su igrali bez rizika od gubitka novca. Takva praksa, na primer, prevazilazi fer i, što je još važnije, i dalje od sigurnih kockarskih linija. Razmotrite to kao primer, molim vas.

Svaki igrač koji je ikada iskusio nepravednu taktiku iz kazina je dobrodošao da podnese besplatnu žalbu. I probably did not fully understand what you expect Casino Guru to respond to. Perhaps a few points will address the topic anyway 🙂.
First of all, we do not engage with international law, or lawsuits. If a player is suing the casino, it does not ultimately mean the court will decide the case in relevance with our own approach. I imagine it sounds strange, but I'll try to explain:
Players from Germany are convinced they are correct to lodge a case against Curacao licensed casinos where they deliberately decided to play because, in the end, those players found out the casino to be "illegal" to them. Under such circumstances, such players believe it is ok to deposit and play in the casino and then ask for deposits once they lost all the money. From the law perspective, attronies would agree with this logic.
We, on the other hand, focus on the advantage such players would have over the casinos. From the other perspective, such players played without a risk of losing money. Such practice, for example, goes beyond the fair and, more importantly, also beyond the safe gambling lines. Consider it as an example, please.
Thus, we stick with our own codex - the Fair Gambling Codex instead.
Every player who has ever experienced unfair tactics from casino is welcome to submit a free-of-charge complaint. Upon careful examination and clarification, any casino crossing the fair lines defined by the aforesaid Safer Gambling Codex will be punished. Hence, I would not say we ignore players' issues. It's just the way these issues are recognized, inspected, and evaluated.
