I don't want to promise you anything up front, but I also don't think I would be okay with what you sent and would do nothing. When you have evidence in your favour, our team will look at it, evaluate it and try to help. But I'm not going to say anything for sure. 

Anyway, I would definitely try and go for it. After all, you don't give anything for a complaint if it turns out anyway.
