Ne želim da vam obećavam ništa unapred, ali takođe mislim da ne bih bio u redu sa onim što ste poslali i da ne bih ništa uradio. Kada budete imali dokaze u svoju korist, naš tim će ih pogledati, proceniti i pokušati da vam pomogne. Ali neću ništa da kažem sigurno.
U svakom slučaju, svakako bih pokušao da uradim to. Na kraju krajeva, ne dajete ništa za reklamaciju ako se svejedno ispostavi.
I already told you in my previous reply that I would definitely open a complaint. I don't want to promise you anything up front, but I also don't think I would be okay with what you sent and would do nothing. When you have evidence in your favour, our team will look at it, evaluate it and try to help. But I'm not going to say anything for sure.
Anyway, I would definitely try and go for it. After all, you don't give anything for a complaint if it turns out anyway.
