I already told you in my previous reply that I would definitely open a complaint. I don't want to promise you anything up front, but I also don't think I would be okay with what you sent and would do nothing. When you have evidence in your favour, our team will look at it, evaluate it and try to help. But I'm not going to say anything for sure. 

Anyway, I would definitely try and go for it. After all, you don't give anything for a complaint if it turns out anyway.

everything is correct, we worked with them in October. nothing has been paid at the moment. initially there was one agreement and then they changed it unilaterally. now we are preparing documents for the court because it is a fraud. we communicate in the community with other teams that worked with them and they were also deceived there. thanks for the link.

Zdravo, čekam isplatu od 550 evra od 29. jula 2025. godine. Uplata je već bila na mom bankovnom računu i obrađivana je. Do danas, 8. avgusta 2025. godine, uplata je nestala. Uplata se više ne obrađuje, ali se ni ne može pronaći. Novac je u neizvesnosti. Novac nije vraćen ni na moj račun. Čet stalno okleva. Sada su ovo prosledili „finansijskom odeljenju". Žalbe su podnete svim partnerima.

Uplata je bila vidljiva na mom bankovnom računu. Pisao sam banci i rekli su mi da nedostaje autorizacija. Platilac mora da završi ili autorizuje transakciju. To se još nije dogodilo, a danas je autorizacija istekla. Kazino želi da stalno tražim od banke da mi kreditira uplatu, a moja banka kaže da još nije izvršena uplata.

Bitkingz me je zamolio za izvod iz banke od 31. jula do 10. avgusta kako bi proverio da li je uplata stigla. Dostavio sam Bitkingzu izvod iz banke, ali se još ništa nije dogodilo i niko ne zna gde je novac. Veoma čudno.

Kazino neće sprovoditi nikakve dalje istrage dok banka ne da zvaničnu izjavu o „primljenoj transakciji". Tek tada izgleda žele da provere da li je novac uopšte isplaćen od strane provajdera plaćanja. To je prilično razočaravajuće.

Već sam dostavio ovaj bankovni izvod kazinu. Kazino želi zvaničnu izjavu banke o ovoj jednoj transakciji, u kojoj se navodi da je ne može pronaći. Nijedna uplata nije pronađena u bankovnim izvodima od 31. jula 2025. Kazino zna da ova uplata nije uplaćena na moj račun i pretpostavlja da se nalazi negde u banci.
