According to what I saw on the screenshot, the casino says that the bonus was wagered. So how is it, because you mentioned that you didn't get it and that it disappeared but you could play with the deposit. 

So apparently what happened is that the deposit that was tied to the bonus was already lost and therefore the casino can't give it back to you if I understand correctly. But if it didn't work and you didn't see the bonus or didn't get it, it's probably not the most pleasant experience.
