Obraćam se u vezi sa mojom žalbom protiv Coincasino-a:

Kako je utvrđeno, kazino je proglašen odgovornim za veliki propust u odgovornom kockanju time što mi je dozvolio da zaobiđem samoisključenje. Eksplicitno su ponudili povraćaj novca koji sam prihvatio, ali isplata nikada nije izvršena. Ubrzo nakon toga, povukli su ponudu bez ikakvog obrazloženja i prestali da odgovaraju na diskusiju.
Pokušao/la sam da kontaktiram Kubo da ponovo otvorim slučaj, ali u poslednje vreme nisam dobio/la odgovor. Pošto je kontaktiranje regulatora Anžuana poznato po tome da je neefikasno, nalazim se u teškoj poziciji i ova sredstva su mi ključna.
Da li CasinoGuru može ponovo da proceni ocenu kazina na osnovu ovog ozbiljnog kršenja RG ugovora i njihovog nepoštovanja pismenog poravnanja? Još uvek imam sve dokaze o ponudi i njihovoj naknadnoj ćutnji.

As established, the casino was found responsible for a major Responsible Gambling failure by allowing me to bypass self-exclusion. They explicitly offered a refund which I accepted, but the payment was never issued. Shortly after, they revoked the offer without any justification and stopped responding to the thread.
I’ve tried contacting Kubo to reopen the case but haven't received a reply lately. Since contacting the Anjouan regulator is notoriously ineffective, I am in a difficult position and these funds are critical to me.
Can CasinoGuru reassess the casino's rating based on this serious RG breach and their failure to honor a written settlement? I still have all the evidence of the offer and their subsequent silence.
