Zdravo !


Čekam isplatu skoro mesec dana. Platio sam 500 € 3 puta. Jedna isplata je stigla pre 2 dana. Međutim, kao što sam rekao, čekao sam svoj novac 4 nedelje. Korisnička podrška se uvek samo izvinjava i traži više strpljenja. Smešno je i to što mi je nekoliko puta rečeno da može proći i do 3 dana da se isplata odobri. Verifikacija nije potrebna u kazinu. Zdravo. Igrao sam u ovom kazinu već nekoliko meseci i počeo sam da imam problema sa provajderom koji se zove 3 oaks. Održavali su turnire i kada su se završili, nikada nisam pokupio njihove nagrade. Izgubio sam novac jer u to vreme nisam napravio nijedan screenshot ili bilo šta i izgubio sam iznose od 200, 160, 1500 i još nešto. Automatski kada se turnir završio kada sam ušao u igru rekao mi je svoju poziciju i dobitak je k Pritisnuo sam Prihvati i automatski me je poslao sa stranice i više mi nije dozvolio da uđem u igru. Činjenica je da sam od tog trenutka počeo da hvatam sve da imam dokaze i na prošlom turniru sam osvojio 10 hiljada jer sam osvojio 1. mesto. Pa, ovo je bilo pre više od mesec dana. Svaki dan to tvrdim i ne daju mi odgovor. I ne duguju mi to, duguju mi više jer mi igre nikada nisu platile. Ali sada imam dokaze o svemu. šta da radim?

Is it 3 oaks.com? I have just looked at their licence if it is the correct website ,and it is licensed in the UK.

So you have a little protection .If you have all the evidence ,go back to the casino and produce the evidence , also its advisable to read up on the ukgl laws to help you with your case.If you get no resolution they must provide you with a final decision letter after exhausting all avenues available via their customer complaints procedure. If no resolution can be reached ask for a GDPR request on all game play transactions and account so you can x ref .Also ask for reference code so you can pursue a case against them. With the ADR .
