what seems to be the case is that every person who reviewed negatively about the casino (rightly so), if you go on to their complaints they eventually did get paid. Similarly, they have a large number of resolved complaints (all about delays with KYC/withdrawal).

1: player wins , is told no KYC is needed


2: player tries to withdraw, either nothing happens for days or they’re asked to provide KYC (even when told prior it wasn’t required) they never hear anything back for a long time


3: player gets pissed , makes a complaint here


4:Immerion is finally approached by Casino Guru and they finally do quickly what they could have done ages ago (approve KYC/withdrawals)

this is a very obvious pattern just from browsing on Casino Guru


my cynical opinion is they will just ignore you until you risk their reputation by posting here then they will act accordingly and pay out
