Zdravo Casino Guru tim/Forum. Imam problem i Grandtheftcasino želi da dam dva snimka ekrana kao što je opisano na slici. Problem je, s jedne strane, ne mogu da nađem ništa gde je moje ime u transakcijama na Mifiniti-u, a sa druge strane, ne mogu da nađem ništa na stranici gde mogu da unesem imejl/ime, itd. Direktni snimci ekrana nema veze šta sam ti do sada poslao odgovara onome što si želeo .... može li mi neko pomoći? Sve što mogu da nađem na Mifiniti-u je broj transakcije, ali ništa sa mojim imenom na njemu... Očajan sam, to je moj bankovni račun, moj Mifiniti račun, itd. Neka mi neko pomogne....

sadly I'm not able to read what is written in those screenshots, because it's not in English.

I assume though, that the casino wants a mifinity statement showing that you are in charge of the account plus the proof of transaction.

If you are not able to provide a screenshot showing the account holder's full name (your full name) plus email and the transaction history showing the deposit. You should contact the casino to advise you further.

Maybe you can record a video to prove that the account is yours showing the associated card and the credentials somewhere in your account details.

Sadly I find that Mifinity has poor support, and no live chat available so I was only able to find out how to verify the card and bank account.

Pre svega, hvala vam puno na pomoći, već primećujem da je Mifiniti katastrofa... Nadam se da ću nekako doći do svog novca, bilo preko Mifiniti-a ili preko normalnog bankovnog transfera.... stvarno može ne budi ono što se dešava sa ovom radnjom... .. neshvatljivo.


Da, želite da dam dokaz o transakciji sa svojim imenom i brojem transakcije, ali imam samo broj bez imena.... i ako moram da dokažem imejl plus ime, to nije moguće na strana Mifiniti bilo šansa....

I was afraid of this. It's only just recently when I realized that lots of players, especially from Germany, have to go to the bank personally to get proof of deposit for the casino. No way they can create a such statement in internet banking, so I can imagine that this is a similar design. still, I find it hard to believe that there is no way because aside from the nonexistent live support, this e-wallet is quite popular, so how do the others do that? 🤔

Have you tried the desktop version of the e-wallet as suggested? Sadly, I do not have my own, so I can't try that on my own.

Tako da sam im poslao sve što je moj nalog u kazinu verifikovan, ali ne dobijam ni jedan odgovor od Mifinitija ništa. Čekam da mi nalog bude verifikovan 10 dana..... to je neverovatno što nikada nisam iskusio ovako nešto..... nikad stvarno više ne znam šta da radim... izgleda da moj novac ostaje kod njih i ne dobijam ga
