Prema TOS-u ivild kazina (odeljak 9) evo maksimalnih ograničenja povlačenja:

To je smešno .
Nisam znao da je tako loše kada sam se prijavio. To je i dalje moja odgovornost, ali iskreno, zato proveravam ocene na Casino Guru-u ili AskGamblers-u.
Očekujem da kazino sa ocenom 9,2 i „veoma visokim" indeksom bezbednosti ima mnogo više standarde.
Ovo je očigledno veoma mala operacija i oni jednostavno nemaju resurse da obrađuju povlačenja na vreme.
Žalbe igrača
Ovaj kazino ima mnogo ozbiljnih pritužbi. Znam da su stvarni jer sam i ja imao iste probleme.
Užasan KIC proces.
Oni će vas izazvati da dostavite „dodatnu dokumentaciju" 8-12 sati nakon vašeg prvog povlačenja. Srećno u otkrivanju zašto je vaš dokument odbijen. Nikada ne dobijate mejlove od prave osobe sa imenom i kontakt informacijama.
Sporo povlačenje i nasumično otkazivanje bez ikakvih objašnjenja ili obaveštenja.
Takođe sam imao problem sa sistemom povlačenja koji jednostavno nije uspeo kada pokušavam da podnesem zahtev. Nikada nisam video takve greške u drugim kockarnicama. Odgovor podrške: "pokušajte ponovo sutra".
TOS kaže da „Sve zahteve za povlačenje obrađuje finansijsko odeljenje u roku od 24 sata nakon uspešne verifikacije identiteta i naloga".
Jednostavno nije tačno. Prošlo je 10 dana i bio sam potpuno verifikovan.
Alati za odgovorno kockanje ne postoje. Morate da šaljete e-poštu podršci i nadate se najboljem. Tražio sam da se moj nalog zatvori, a oni su mi odgovorili sa bonus ponudom da zadržim kockanje. Takvo ponašanje je predatorsko.
Možda mislite da isplata nakon 10 ili 30 dana nije velika stvar, ali je izuzetno stresno kada imate posla sa chatbotom za podršku.
Vrlo ljubazno sam pitao ivild da li mogu da se obavežu da će mi poslati moj povlačenje u roku od 2 nedelje i nisu mi dali odgovor.
Užasno je biti u takvoj situaciji. Nemate pojma da li ste prevareni.
Ogromna kazina kao što je Stake imaju brze isplate, a ipak imaju ocenu 7,9. Nemojte me pogrešno shvatiti, imam problema sa Stake-om, ali kada napravim povlačenje na Stake-u, znam da će moja kripta brzo biti poslata u moj novčanik. Ne zamaram se.
Razmislite o pregledu rejtinga iVilda kako se drugi igrači ne bi tretirali kao govno.

Size of the casino
According to the TOS of iwild casino (section 9) here are the maximum withdrawal limits:
- per transaction: €400 or ₽33 000
- in 24 hours: €1200 or ₽100 000
That's laughable.
I didn't know it was that bad when I signed up. It's still my responsibility but honestly this is why I check ratings on Casino Guru or AskGamblers.
I expect a casino with a 9.2 rating and a "very high" safety index to have much higher standards.
This is obviously a very small operation and they simply don't have the resources to process withdrawals in a timely manner.
Player complaints
This casino has plenty of serious complaints. I know they are real because i've had the same issues.
Awful KYC process.
They will challenge you to provide "extra documentation" 8-12 hours after your first withdrawal. Good luck figuring out why your document was rejected. You never get emails from a real person with a name and contact info.
Slow withdrawals and random cancelations without any explanations or notifications.
I've also had an issue with the withdrawal system simply failing when trying to submit a request. I've never seen bugs like that at other casinos. Response from support: "try again tomorrow".
TOS say "All withdrawal requests are processed by the financial department within 24 hours after the successful identity and account verification".
Simply not true. It took 10 days and I was fully verified.
Responsible gambling tools don't exist. You have to send emails to support and hope for the best. I've asked for my account to be closed and they responded to me with a bonus offer to keep me gambling. That kind of behaviour is predatory.
You may think getting paid after 10 days or 30 days is no big deal but it's extremely stressful when you're dealing with a chatbot for support.
I asked iwild very politely if they could commit to send me my withdrawal within 2 weeks and they did not give me an answer.
It's awful being in that situation. You have no idea if you're being scammed.
Huge casinos like Stake have fast payouts and yet they have a rating of 7.9. Don't get me wrong, I have my issues with Stake but when I make a withdrawal on Stake I know my crypto will be sent to my wallet fast. I don't sweat it.
Please consider reviewing the rating of iWild so other players don't get treated like shit.
