Requested a Bitcoin withdrawal 8 days ago. Anyone with experience how long it take? Customer service keep ‘sending reminders’ but never get feedback…..

Svidelo mi se što su kazino i kladionica na jednom mestu. Ispostavilo se da je pobedio u slotovima. Ali problem sa povlačenjem sredstava. Kao što je FunkiDuck stavio sredstva za povlačenje na bitkoin, prošlo je tačno 7 dana, povlačenje visi na čekanju, ne može se otkazati. Služba podrške ne zna razloge kašnjenja povlačenja i tajming, samo šalje zahteve i tako 7 dana. Neću još pisati žalbu, nadam se da ima tehničkih problema i da će za par dana sredstva biti povučena.

Hey u all I wait now since Saturday for a withdrawal they tell me the system flagged my acount and are now investigating. I also tried too join discord again but that invit link seems to be invalid today il wait some more days and come with an update

After repeated chasing I eventually did get my withdrawal.


I deposited again twice, but lost very quickly and now the horse racing disappeared from Sports, so I’ve given up in this casino….

2 days ago I received a message from the support service : Just had this message from management

Please message that our compliance team is reviewing his account as it was automatically flagged by the system. if all is well, his withdrawal will be processed. it can take up to 3 more days.

9 days withdrawal of funds pending. the second withdrawal of funds occurred instantly, just like yours.

Is it just me, or do you also see the pattern in the casino's approach? 😀

If the account is somehow flagged automatically, it is just a hint for the casino to check it up, it actually could mean anything scaling from nothing at all to close the account.

But I'm amazed you both are or were in an identical situation. Specifically, the fact that the second withdrawal is instant sounds interesting.

I have my fingers crossed for both of you - keep us posted.
