you know what they did? Since i kept winning, they installed a deposit limit of 1 euro on my account for no reason, so it is impossible for me to make any deposit.
I contacted them to fix it and it has been more than 2 weeks since the limit is there.
The manager told me after a week that it would be fixed and i would be personnally called but until now, everyone seems dead.
It is so obvious, you do not need 16 days to remove a limit on an account, especially when i never wrote to ask for it.

I was right. They put in place a self exclusion on my account so I cannot deposit because I kept on winning.
I wrote a mail to close account since the problem wasn't fixed and I said it was useless having an account if I can't deposit.
The account was closed in the next hours without even a reply.

I still can't decide whether this is worth a complaint. I know that the issue is quite opposite to the usual so no disputed amount is available and the casino already possed a questionable reputation, complaining about let's say general experience probably makes no sense. 🤔 But if the casino truly tempers with the limits, I find misusing safe gambling tools very unresponsible, that's for sure.

Pitao sam jednog u februaru, mislim kada sam se pridružio kazinu. Izgubio sam oko 200 evra i smatrao sam da je to dovoljno bez podizanja, ali sam samo želeo da se zatvori, nisam pominjao problem kockanja pa sam par meseci kasnije tražio da ga ponovo otvorim i bio je otvoren. Posle tog trenutka sam nastavio da pobeđujem, mislim da sam osvojio oko 5 hiljada tamo ukupno, dosta puta po 400 i 470 evra.
Takođe sam jednim e-mailom tražio da zatvorim nalog, ali pošto sam pobedio odmah nakon toga, poslao sam još jedan mail da otkažem zatvaranje. Ali nikada nisam tražio ograničenje samoisključivanja depozita.
Takođe, da je moja pošta razlog, rekli bi mi da sam pitao u prošlosti, neće mi reći da je to greška koju treba da poprave. Menadžer Majkl mi je rekao da će sam pogledati problem i rešiti ga sledećeg dana i da će me pozvati, ali nikada nisam dobio nikakav odgovor.

I have asked one in February I think when I joined the casino. I lost about 200 euros and I considered it was enough without having a withdrawal but I just wanted it closed, I didn't mention gambling issue so couple months later, I asked to reopen it and it was open. After that moment, I kept on winning, I think I won around 5k there in total, a lot of times 400 and 470 euros.
I also asked with one e-mail to close account but since I won just after it, I sent another mail to cancel the closure. But I have never asked a self exclusion limit on deposits.
Also, if my mail was the reason, they would have told me that I asked in the past, they will not tell me it is a bug they need to fix. The manager Michael told me he will look in the problem himself and fix it the next day and will call me but I never got any answer.
And like I said, I wrote several mails and I never got a reply. But when I asked closure it was immediately closed and they didn't even dare send a mail, a reply to my demand.
