Hi, I was looking at the casino website and I saw a tab where you could access the telegram casino, so is this some kind of social casino? Have you ever withdrawn from there or is this your first withdrawal? I'd probably try to be patient, but if it can take any amount of time, that probably wouldn't be normal for me personally, and I wouldn't play in such casinos.

Yes, I have read the summary of the whole situation. It's a great pity when the casino doesn't communicate because it's not such a huge amount that they can't pay it out, I think. If it's worth it for them to have a lower Safety Index, then unfortunately.

Anyway, from your point of view I would be very angry and frustrated. From our side, there was nothing more to do.

This casino been good to me; slots seem sketchy and not connected to providers but the cashouts are instant. I play micros so got no complains so far. Dunno if big amounts, but that doesnt concern me.

Btc, Jaro. But as I said, my biggest payment was 600+ and it was auto: u click the withdrawal and goes into your wallet instantly.

So far so good! Even slots hit more than, lets say, Stake.

I recommend for micros. For big players, I cant say coz I dunno. But for me, they have been good.

Hello. I personally took care of these posts placed across the forum, and I expect we are about to say goodbye to this user very soon. I appreciate you noticing the possible danger. 👌

I have been using Megadice recently and all was OK when i deposit and when I withdraw small profits. 2 days ago i deposited XRP which in USD is around 5.5-6K at that moment. After I place invest on football all the balance and won my ticket, i have a total balance of $12K currently while XRP price is 2.77

I tried to withdraw suddenly Withdrawal Error showing, then I contacted live chat, they asked me to do the KYC, after that I finished all KYC and got verified from them. I tried to withdraw my money still same error showing, more than 24 hours chasing them on live chat and nothing got solved, sent them emails and nobody replies.

Very poor customer support, very slow and nobody helps to solve the problem, they end the chat while you are still typing.

Extremely disappointed, I never expected that Megadice can treat loyal customers like that 🙁

This really sounds very disappointing. They surely should help you out as fast as possible.

Have you tried to contact them via email, though?

Maybe that would be better, and they would resolve the issue.🤔

I spoke in the live chat yesterday multiple times and today as well and as per the agents in live chat they said: Our team is working to fix the issue. We will notify you through email once it’s fixed.


Honestly it’s very frustrating, today it’s the 5th day that the issue isn’t fixed and I am not able to withdraw.

Well, as I said before, the live chat probably doesn't know much, and that is why they wrote you this.

Try to wait for the email from the support or to contact them and ask for any information by email.

Unfortunately nobody has replied to my emails, and at this current moment the only way of connecting them is through live chat.


Yesterday and today I contacted live chat several times and again the same thing: They saying the issue is being worked on, and you will be notified.

The way how they treat the customer is not good, while I asked them to give an estimated timeline they never give, and holding customers money for a lifetime does it look normal to them?

I have asked the agents to ask the concerned department to give an estimated timeline and they are not helpful to do that.


Today it’s the 6th day that the withdrawal error isn’t fixed and I am not able to withdraw my funds.


This situation is annoying and frustrating.

I am sure that it is not easy this way. You should try to focus on something else, maybe so you distract yourself from thinking of it that much.

What about some hobbies?

It could really be helpful, you know.

Please make sure that our complaint team will investigate the matter and hopefully find out what is taking so long.

Sometimes it actually isn't even the casinos fault if they experience some technical issues. That already happened many times before, believe me.

The worst part is that they keep saying same thing every time without any expected timeline and without quick action.

They are not replying to my emails which I sent to help @ megadice . Com and to complaints @ megadice . Con
