Deposits are mostly not instant, despite common knowledge. Well, what about now? Is it ok? I certainly hope so!

Zdravo... Više puta sam zahtevao povlačenje dela naloga (prvo su mi rekli da je moja krp (kripto) adresa pogrešna pa su je odbili. Proverio sam i da je tačno. Onda sam pokušao sa drugom kripto, isto odbijanje od njih.

Ja sam verifikovani korisnik na platformi. Napravio sam nekoliko opklada, ali mi ne daju da podignem svoj iznos.

Nadam se da mi možete pomoći.

I have been made aware of Mystake reviews on TRUSTPILOT reaching over 17,000! In my opinion this seems disproportionate! On closer inspection I found many replicated reviews, which I find concerning. I have issued a complaint with TRUSTPILOT and whilst you are separate companies I think it is worth sharing this with players on GC so they are aware of possible fake reviews being added to inflate their status.

The question has to be asked "if Mystake are a reputable casino operator, why would this behaviour be necessary?!"

If this is found to be true this MUST be seen as highly irregular and needs to be dealt with to protect players:

The dicsussion of this casino is so popular that I even want to know, is it really so good. I see that people above checked Trustpilot as well, i thought that they check comments, but some feedback looks like gpt created it..

I can see your situation better and the screenshot also says that you have to use a different method to withdraw. I don't see the point of using a different withdrawal method then, it's immediately rejected because it's not the same method you used for the deposit. Did you also point out to the support that if you try to withdraw by another method it is instantly rejected ?

Hm we try to be very careful about similar user reviews and it's against our rules for players to be rewarded for it. But I guess we all know that there will always be casinos that will have a similar offer for players from time to time in the form of a bonus for a good review. 

So I'm curious what TP will tell you.

I deposited multiple times with this casino and was fully verified..I got a 10 pound bonus which stated that your max win from it to withdraw could be 5x that so 50 pounds.. with other providers once the required bonus requirements have vdb reached out c would revert your balance to the 50 so I presume this had happened.. the casino then let me wager what I thought was my money up to a point where I withdrew 800.


This is where the problems start.. they messages asking for picture of deposit card which I comply.. then I get a mail saying

So instead of reverting the bonus to 50 and letting me carry on they have let me build up a balance that is essentially useless due to the fact I can never withdraw it..it seemingly never becomes my money.


Is this practice right.. it feels deceitful


Edit: having spoken up live chat they have said it is not their responsibility to do that I should have been aware and realised even though my balance said more and I could play with it only 50 of it would ever be mine.. surely the easy thing is to implement a system which once the bonus is over reverts you to your max win from that.. they you can play and earn more
