Bio sam na VIP nivou 4 od oktobra 2023. do prošlog petka. Tada sam stavljen na nivo 3, iako sam 5 dana ranije uplatio 1400 evra, nažalost bezuspešno. Povrat novca bi bio 140 evra sledećeg ponedeljka. Imam 9.44. Kada sam pitao podršku uživo zašto je bilo tako malo povrata novca i zašto je spuštanje na nivo 3, odgovor je bio, zabavite se sa svojim kreditom. Tako se postupa sa dobrim kupcima.

Dobar dan. Mislim da ću potražiti novi kazino. Još uvek žalim zbog gubitka Betarda, Frenka Freda i kazina Intervetten. Zahvaljujući paternalizmu naše vlasti. Zbog načina na koji stvari idu u nemačkim kockarnicama, privlačnost više nije tu. Most of people have problem there, I never received money frok.there and just gave up cause they were asked for some.impossible things for verification.

I would say that the casino is trying to solve the problems that have arisen and also delayed withdrawals. But two weeks would be enough for me because that is exactly the time we give casinos to solve it. You haven't learned anything relevant in all this time ?
