I would like to point some additional things. I registered on 23.06. I am successfully verified, I haven't used any bonuses, I used only my deposit. I withdrew 20 000 PLN where I deposited in total 1000 PLN. It gives 20 times my deposit.



The Casino informed me that pursuant to point 8.11 of the regulations, a withdrawal limit of maximum EUR 10,000 per 30 days was applied because the withdrawal sum exceeded 20 times my deposits (which amounted to PLN 1000).


It is worth underlining, however, that section 8.11 only says that such a limitation may, but does not have to, be applied.


Let me quote: the user may be subject to a maximum withdrawal limit of EUR 10,000 [...] per 30 days."


I asked them for a timeline for withdrawal– at first I received the info from Wojciech VIP manager and Jakub Vip manager that at the latest my withdrawal will be made on 02.07.2025 at 12:28. Later on by the consultant Milan I received the info that it would be 30 days!

I therefore submitted a formal request for confirmation that, in accordance with point 8.10.2 of the regulations, the entire amount should be paid out no later than within 5 business days of placing the order.

The content of this entry is as follows:

8.10.3. For amounts between EUR 500 and EUR 4999: from 5 minutes to 48 hours, but no later than 5 business days from the date of submission of the request.


The withdrawal was requested on 25/06/2025, so the deadline is 02/07/2025. The total amount to be withdrawn is PLN 20 000.


At this point I am waiting for their response and confirmation of the date for implementation.


Casino Guru can I leave it here? I am really afraid that I won't see my money at all.

I received the information that I exceeeded 0,64 PLN what gives less than 0,10 EUR and I have to wait 30 days. At the end of the day I decided to cancel the withdrawal ,make some movenents and for security I withdrew again 19 990 PLN. Now I am waiting from 5 minutes to 48 h not more than 5 business days. Let’s see, I really have hopę that I will see my money. Btw, my deposit was 1000 PLN,withdrawal 20 000 PLN and balance 20 000,64 PLN in EUR it gave app 4700 EUR(withdrawal) so I haven’t exceeded the point 8.10.3 and even though they used the point 8.11 which may be applied but it is not mandatory according to the regulations.

After long conversations and many rejected uploaded files my KFC finally approved 100%.

2 times withdraw were rejected.

Try nummber 3 , withdraw placed of 4000€. Let’s see.


Did anyone really received money from NV Casino? Hour by hour for me looks like its SCAM.

Dakle, dobio sam novac posle otprilike mesec dana. U početku je bilo tehničkih problema, ali onda posle dve nedelje i još jednog pokušaja sve je proradilo posle 3-4 radna dana.

However, if the casino asks you for some additional document then the KYC is not 100% complete. You will first have to go through the process of having the documents accepted before you can withdraw. 

So what does the casino ask you to provide, which document, only payslip you mentioned?

NV Casino clearly know my intentions is to withdraw money without delays, but support team is saying, you are good to withdraw, withdraw is on status pending for about 24h and than is rejected again, asking for more documents to be submitted. And review is taking in best case another 24h.


At the moment yes, they’re asking for source of wealth- bank statement or pay-slip. Uploaded and on review now. This new request feels like another delay tactic.

Zatražio sam još jednu isplatu od 1900 26. juna i novac je stigao danas.

If I may add a different perspective, this is not something that unusual.

I mean every user here has to start somewhere, may have tons of experiences, and currently has no issue to complain about, so perhaps if such a person spots this thread in the latest post and has anything to say about the casino, he just steps in.

I mean, I get what you're saying but not everyonehas the very same experience in this case as you have. It's possible that certain players have received their payments without any problems. 🙏

Surely the casino could have made its needs known earlier. If they know that you're making a withdrawal all the time and they keep rejecting it, there's no reason for them to let you keep doing it and if they need some documents they should ask for it right away. 

It may be a stall tactic, but if you don't gamble with the money and lose it, they shouldn't get hurt. 

So try to continue verifying the account and if you do it successfully I believe it will have a good ending.
