It's a pity you don't know at least the approximate time. Some casinos have it in their Terms and Conditions how long such investigations can take, did you look there? I guess if they can't do anything about it anytime soon, then I would think about filing a complaint. 

It would also be good to know if they are doing the investigation with the game provider or looking at your documents, or if it's something else. Was what you sent them, pay pal and ID accepted? Did you play here with any bonus?

Nisu mi rekli koliko je sati, njihov odgovor je sledeći

Ovo odeljenje ima veliki obim posla i ne znaju koliko će to trajati, ali sam poslao dokaz o životu istog dana kada su mi ga tražili, a to je bilo 24. decembra, a snimak ekrana PaiPal-a poslao sam 27. i 30. i do danas mi nisu odgovorili.

Plaćam PaiPal-om već duže vreme na ovoj stranici i kada sam podigao 1430 € blokirali su isplate i nastavio sam da igram sa novcem koji sam osvojio. Ali ja sam imao sreće i ta suma sada ide od 1430 € do 6000 € koje ne želim da potrošim.
