Greetings, the first thing I would say is, don't gamble with money to avoid losing it. 

As for the withdrawal process, I know it's probably painful if you can only withdraw 500 a day. In any case, the casino has a limit. I don't understand why they downgraded you in the VIP level, and I guess that's exactly why you have a smaller withdrawal limit and could theoretically lose all your money in the casino. However, as long as the casino pays out as it should, there's probably nothing more that can be done about it. 

If that's not the case, you can file a complaint with us and we'll try to help. However, I don't think we'll be able to do anything about the limit if they stick to it.
