I was just before playing FORTUNA Trueways , and gained the COIN respin feature. I landed 27 cells or 27 coins. It filled the screen . Which equates to the jackpot.

As per the payable and info of the game, 27 cells equals 250x total bet which was $18NZD . The jackpot at the conclusion of the feature stated I had won $4500 NZD . It only paid $1224NZD 

 There is no reason or anything that states I wasnt entitled to the $4500 NZD , and so there is a shortfall of $3276 NOT paid . Only $1224 was paid. Please remedy and sort this it's not acceptable. I have lost enough from bonus money retraction from you guys .please sort this asap .see attached .

Photo 2 is the evidence of the bet amount of 18$ nzd per spin and that the entire screen was filled and jackpot received .

Photo 3 is the message and amount paid following the jackpot message $1224. 00.

It makes no sense @ 350x TB


Please pay the difference as I read it there is no justification and as the game info and payable I should have received the full 4500$ not a shortfall of $3276.

Zdravo. Počeo sam da sviram u Rollko-u pre nekog vremena. Verifikacija je bila brza i nekoliko puta sam uspeo da podignem novac, a podizanja su uvek bila brza. 8. aprila ponovo sam deponovao mnogo novca preko Skrill-a i izgubio. 9. aprila deponovanje preko Skrill-a više nije bilo moguće, pa sam prešao na kreditnu karticu. Posle nekoliko depozita, ni to više nije bilo moguće, pa sam morao da koristim Google Pai. Plaćanje je išlo preko dobavljača treće strane i morao sam da autorizujem uplatu u svojoj bankarskoj aplikaciji. Bilo je 2 k 50 evra. Oba depozita se pojavljuju kao odobrena na Rollko-u, a novac je terećen sa mog računa koristeći čudnu skraćenicu. Osvojio sam 1.140 € i hteo sam da se povučem, ali odjednom povlačenje više nije moguće. Kazino traži potvrdu sa mog Google Pai naloga. Ja ovo, međutim, nemam, jer je provajder odmah zadužio moj račun. Zatim sam napisao kazinu i poslao sve što imam. Moja bankovna kartica, moj Google Pai novčanik, izvod iz moje banke, a sada sam iznenada dobio odgovor da su oba depozita preko Google Pai-a očigledno otkazana i da sada moram da čekam 7 dana da novac bude prebačen na moj račun. Did the casino clearly confirm that the €100 via Google Pay was successfully credited to your player account at the time of deposit?

Do you still see those two €50 deposits listed in your transaction history on the casino account?

Have you checked with your bank whether the transactions were actually reversed or still processed normally?

Did the casino give you any kind of reference number or proof from their payment provider about the cancellation?

It’s definitely odd if you were able to play with the funds, and now they’re saying the deposits didn’t go through. If that’s the case, they should provide solid proof. Keep all communication documented, you might need it if things escalate.

Alternatively, if needed, you could consider submitting a complaint so we can help mediate.

Zdravo.

Deponovao sam 100 € i ispravno je terećen sa mog bankovnog računa, a kazino je takođe pokazao da je transakcija uspešna.

Pokušao sam ponovo da povučem juče uveče, a Rollko je danas prebacio 1.140 €. Neko iz kazina je verovatno pročitao moj post ovde. Kazino je odbijao da isplati iznos nedelju dana. Mislim da su se kazino jednostavno nadali da ću ponovo izgubiti novac ako budu odbijali povlačenje i zahtevali nova dokumenta od mene. Kazino nije dao nikakav razlog da odbijem moje povlačenje.

Zdravo Jaro.

Problem je rešen. Barem sa Rollkom. Sada je novac zaglavljen kod Skrilla, a oni odbijaju da isplate jer iz nekog razloga odbijaju sve dokaze o adresi. Zaista je frustrirajuće. Najbolje bi bilo da se uopšte ne igrate i da se klonite takvih provajdera plaćanja. Ali to više nema veze sa kazinom!

Rollko uopšte nije odgovorio. Pokušao sam da podignem novac šest puta, i svaki put je odbijen. U svom poslednjem mejlu za podršku, objasnio sam da ne bih mogao da igram i pobedim da su moji depoziti odbijeni. Pozvao sam svoju banku i svi iznosi su ispravno zaduženi. Poslao sam vam sva tražena dokumenta i želeo bih da mi odgovorite kako to možemo da rešimo. Nisam dobio odgovor na ovu e-poštu. Prekjučer sam ponovo pokušao da podignem novac iz hira, a sutradan je sav novac zapravo bio u Skrillu. Argumenti kazina u vezi sa odbijanjem povlačenja bili su potpuna besmislica, a siguran sam da je kazino samo želeo da ponovo izgubim sav novac. Ali možda je moja pretpostavka pogrešna.

Više mi ne treba nikakva pomoć i hvala.
