I have the feeling that you describe the problem and once you say how we can solve it and then that you don't need help. I'm a little confused about that. You say the problem is with the payment provider, why don't they want to accept proof of address? 

Also, can you write it to Nick in your open complaint, you do not need help anymore please? 🙂

Zdravo Jaro. Zašto je moj zahtev bio zbunjujući? Možda je to zbog prevoda na vaš jezik? Kontaktirao sam vas jer je Rollko odbio moje povlačenje. Svaki put kada sam pokušao da povučem, Rollko je pronašao drugačiji razlog da odbije uplatu. Kontaktirao sam te jer sam mislio da mi možeš pomoći. Posle nekoliko dana pokušao sam ponovo da podignem i odjednom je novac prebačen preko Skrilla bez ikakvog objašnjenja od Rollko-a. Napisao sam vam da je problem rešen i da sam dobio novac. I won an amount of $550 on rollxo about a week ago and requested a withdrawal. I went through the whole verification process and successfully verified my account. My withdrawals keep getting rejected everytime I've tried several times now and they just keep saying to re submit the withdrawal I think something really weird is going on here. It also takes them a total of six days to process it when I ask for another withdrawal I'm so frustrated. The support from the customer service isn't that great either they are like robots just repeat the same thing over and over and tell me to be patient and wait and that they can't give me a timeframe on when I will get the withdrawal I also have sent several emails to support and get no reply I am really not happy with the service at all and it's taken all the fun and excitement out of the whole experience for me I just want my money that I won but I know I won't receive it.

Please tell us if your account is now fully verified and when the last time you requested the withdrawal was.
