November 7th 2022 FTX transfers dozens of transactions to 0xcD:

You will notice right away that many transfers for 50,000 USDC were confirmed. This was intentional to avoid triggering any alarms. There are several TXIDs and addresses of interest:

The second of notable interactions with NoahShuffle2 for 100,000 USDC. This address belongs to Noah Dummett who is a former FTX employee and current owner of Shuffle.com. 

Noah pays the first address at the same intervals as previously was recieving payments from FTX.

The Safety Index is not about principles or about how quickly the payment will come. It basically says whether the casino is going to pay out the players.
