I had been playing on Shuffle for a few months without problems, I made multiple withdrawals which arrived correctly. My account was verified correctly as they asked, with each type of verification completed and all necessary documents sent.


I made a withdrawal of 1200usd around October 1st, still "under review" after 14 day. I asked the support chat several times and via email, but the answer is always the same, they tell me that their team continues to manually check my KYC and that there is no timing or news, although from the section I see that my kyc is verified.
