Hey, I am waiting since 04th of March for my withdrawal of 5000 EUR. I already completed online KYC process and needed to send first a picture of the front and back of my credit card (only first 6 and last 4 digits, and back without ne CCV code). Afterwards they said they reviewed the documents but I should send a selfie with my ID card holding. Did that. Now I do not have any response since 4 days unfortunately. The chat does answer me, but only overtime the same that they will take care of my withdrawal as soon as possible and I do not need to worry about.
