I really hate to speculate, but from what I saw also in the complaint thread, speaking about the details you provided, I'd say the casino has found some inconsistencies or perhaps does not fully believe the authenticity of the documents provided because especially in such cases, the verification video is used for clearing out the doubts.

Of course I'm not saying that some of this falls on you; I'm merely trying to figure out the cause.

If only we knew what was wrong...

Ono što me odvraća je upravljački dokument, i to je neverovatno. To nema nikakvog smisla.

Prvo odbiju moj dokaz adrese sa telefonskim računom iako je to ovlašćeni dokument, a zatim račun za struju. Dva puta ga odbiju, originalni dokument, pošaljem ga u PDF-u, a ne kažu mi razlog.

Kao što sam rekao u drugim recenzijama, igram u ovim kazinima oko 3 godine. Odobrenje profila i izjava adrese, podaci o bankovnom računu su važni i periodi depozita nisu 3 dana. Jasin O vlasti za 3 dana, ali period nije 3 dana, već 14 dana, ovaj novac ćete dobiti za 14 dana.

Da, ali kao što vidite, naveden je kao odobreni dokument!! A oni to odbacuju, govoreći da taj dokument nije odobren! To je šala!!

A drugi elektroenergetski dokument je odbijen dva puta i bez razloga. Ne govore mi putem ćaskanja i ne odgovaraju na moje imejlove.

That's probably the worst thing, that there is no reason that they would say. Maybe there was something missing that the document should have contained, that's what I can think of, but that's just my speculation. We'll wait for Veronika to write.
