Da li ste pokušali da objasnite podršci kazina da se ova dopunjiva kartica verovatno smatra virtuelnom karticom i da se najverovatnije ne može verifikovati na isti način kao standardne debitne/kreditne kartice?

Just a few notes, if I may:
Have you tried to explain to the casino support, that this rechargeable card is probably considered a virtual card, and most likely can't be verified in the same way as standard debit/credit cards?
Based on your description, I feel the casino may overlooked this detail. I would also try to provide documents in .pdf format rather than .jpeg. You know documents saved in .jpg ,.jpeg, and. img may be cropped or altered somehow, that's why the .pdf format is usually preferable.
Still, in my opinion, the casino employees should be able to guide you even through this situation, and if they fail to do so, we are here to help you out.
