Prošlo je 8 dana i od tada su otkazali dva moja povlačenja na čekanju bez ikakvog legitimnog, stvarnog odgovora, samo isti automatski odgovor „čekajući provajdera igre" Pokušao sam da razgovaram sa različitim predstavnicima korisničke službe, poslao sam e-poštu podršci & KIC, finansijsko odeljenje, od kojih su svi bili samo isti automatizovani odgovori, nijedna stvarna osoba jednom! Been 8 days now and they've since canceled two of my pending withdrawals without any legit, real answer, just the same automated reply "waiting on the game provider" I've tried chatting with different customer service reps, I've emailed support & KYC, financial department, all of which only been the same automated responses, no actual person once!
