I still assume that these are documents that you say you cannot provide. Are there more of them or is it just one that you can't get ?

I would certainly recommend that you do nothing with your money and leave everything as it is until this whole problem is resolved. Let's see what can be done while you have an open complaint.

Potpuno sam verifikovao svoj nalog direktno na sajtu pre 3 nedelje. Na kraju verifikacije je pisalo „verifikacija je uspešno završena". potpuno isto u sestrinskom kazinu ivildcasino. Pokušao sam da podignem novac u oba kazina. ali to nije bilo moguće jer je pisalo da moj nalog mora biti verifikovan da bih zahtevao povlačenje. Tako da sam ponovo poslao sva potrebna dokumenta Kicu. do danas nema odgovora. to je bilo pre 2 nedelje. Tako da mislim da je ovaj kazino najgore vrste kazino za prevare. Isplata nije moguća uprkos verifikaciji.

The casino should have the best answer to this question. But I suppose that if it is a document from the bank, I would expect the casino to ask you for a paper form with a signature and stamp from the bank, or a PDF form with all the details that this document should contain.

Well, these are just my thoughts and that's why I said that the best thing to do would be to ask the casino in what form you have to send it and what all it should include.

Hi, did you try to write to support or live chat that you have already been verified and when you ask for a withdrawal you have to go through this process again and why is this happening ?

Dobro veče, registrovao sam se u SNATCH CASINO koristeći link ovde na CASINO GURU, zatražio sam dva povlačenja, jedno u vrednosti od 200 reala i drugo u vrednosti od 201 real, već sam uradio verifikaciju naloga, odobreno je, dobio sam e-mail-e-mail rekavši da pošaljem bankovne podatke, uzeo sam ispis i poslao na mejl, ali prošlo je 2 dana i ništa se nije desilo, pokušavam da stupim u kontakt putem ćaskanja uživo, dežurni samo kažu da nije kod njih nego kod sektora odgovoran za autorizaciju bankovnih podataka... Mogao sam da podignem novac za oko 5 dana nakon podnošenja zahteva za povlačenje. Kada sam se raspitivao, rečeno mi je da ne obrađuju subotom i nedeljom. Pa, trebalo je neko vreme, ali mislim da je u prihvatljivom opsegu. U poslednje vreme postoji mnogo onlajn kazina koji nude brza povlačenja, tako da je stresno ako je potrebno mnogo vremena za podizanje novca.

I didnt do anything wrong. The only wrong was I won 1000 euros and they didnt want to give it. The explanation was about abuse of bonus but I didnt do anything

Did they also say what specifically you abused with the bonus or did they just give such a general explanation ?

My advice is dont play at this casino at all to everybody reading this! After i completely verified and was granted ,from the KYC of the casino, that i could withdraw my money, i requested 3x €500 withdraw as their own terms and conditions should allow, but i only received 1 withdraw by the time of writing. The casino obviously does not like to pay at all or does not care to respect players. I did not win a jackpot or a crazy amount of money, so if getting your money to you bank with these amounts is a problem already, i dont know how you are suppose to get you money when you would win big.

Have you checked its daily and weekly withdrawal limits? I would certainly do that and then ask its support what seems to be the problem. 3x €500 sounds good, so, I would assume there must be something else prolonging the other two withdrawals.

Hi Radka,

yes i checked all of that. I know they have a weekly limit of 2500-3000 depending on level of account. The daily is not the problem as i didnt receive anything for the next days.
