I understand, and you did well to look it up right away. So did you try to ask the casino where the mistake could have been made when the next two withdrawals have not arrived yet ? How long has it been since you haven't had them yet ?

I have now tried multiple times on live chat, and they keep saying they can payout however they want. Now i send them an email to support to check up on them. I will let you know what the reaction is. But for now they have no decent reason to not payout within their terms…

I received another €500 today, so it seems they will pay all the requests, but it takes allot longer then their terms say. Not the service that you want to be honest, for that still my advice is to play on another casino. I will come with a last reply the day i have my last payout so everybody know how long it took.

I'm glad you got more money, but from what you write, I wonder at what price. I don't think that if you ask for your withdrawals politely and not every 5 minutes, the casino should respond in a way that basically they can send it to you at any time. I wouldn't say that's professional.

Svaki put, na kraju svih podnetih dokumenata, pisalo je direktno na sajtu kazina: „Vaš nalog je sada verifikovan, dobićete email za potvrdu". Ovaj imejl nije stigao ni nakon 6. verifikacije. Svaki put kada sam želeo da izvršim povlačenje, pisalo je: Vaš nalog nije verifikovan! Svaki put kada sam ponovo verifikovao i na kraju sam dobio ove informacije: Vaš nalog je verifikovan. Tako se spojilo 6k. U ćaskanju uživo sam uvek dobijao isti glupi izgovor: moguće je da je odeljenje trenutno preopterećeno i morao bih da čekam. To je bilo pre pola godine. I kao što sam rekao, do danas nisam primio e-poštu. Iznad svega, ovaj kazino je čista prevara po mom mišljenju i mogu samo da upozorim sve da ne polažu tamo.

Ponavljam, poslao sam sve tražene dokumente ukupno 6 puta. 3 puta putem e-pošte i 3 puta direktno na veb stranici kazina. Svaki put nakon podnošenja dokumenata, veb lokacija kazina je rekla: Vaš nalog je sada verifikovan! Čak i da nešto nije u redu sa dokumentima, bio bih obavešten putem mejla. Ali nikada nisam dobio e-poštu od ovog kazina u vezi sa verifikacijom. Ove provere su bile pre pola godine. I sama ova činjenica je potpuno sumnjiva.

Da, pronašao sam veoma renomiran kazino gde se sva povlačenja obrađuju glatko i odmah, a dobitak imam na svom računu u roku od 3-4 sata. Ja to nazivam renomiranim i definitivno ne prevara kao što je ovaj Snatch kazino i njegova sestrinska kazina.

I have a update! I received all my money within 2 weeks after i opened the complaint on askgamblers. So case solved. Its really not the right way of treating people tho. We lose allot as gamblers in the long run, and the moment we then win, we have the rights to get paid as the terms say. This casino is offering good bonusses with limited payouts, and if they find anything you did wrong they will not pay! so make sure guys if you try this casino that you read all small letters.
