Hello everyone,

I wasn’t really planning to share my experience with this casino, but seeing so many of you having the same issue made me change my mind.

It’s been almost 14 days since I made a deposit and actually won €400. When I tried to withdraw the amount, the withdrawal was cancelled after about an hour without any email or notification explaining why. I only found out by chance when I revisited the site to check if they needed any KYC documents. To my surprise, not only could I not withdraw, but there was also no clear info on what was going on.

I contacted support, and they told me (like many of you have also mentioned) that my session is under investigation by the provider for fair play. I waited the 14 days they asked for (which actually ends tomorrow), but I haven’t received any update so far not even a reason why the session is being investigated.

I’ve messaged them several times and still keep getting the same copy-paste reply. Honestly, I don’t know what else to do. I also sent them an email and I’m still waiting for a reply, but I really doubt I’ll get one by tomorrow. If I do, I’ll update here.

I’ve been playing on this and other casinos for quite a while, but this is the first time something like this happens to me. I think it’s unacceptable, especially with zero communication.

At this point I honestly feel like they’re just stalling and hoping I’ll give up on the money. If anyone has any advice or ideas on what I can do, please let me know I’ve really run out of patience this time.

I mean Safety Indexes given by casino.guru to the casinos you call "bad" are very high. "Genuine" doesn't mean reliable. I don't have experience with Ybets for example, but it's rated very high safety here. Are you sure it's as bad?

Snatch casino was under the same company as iwild. Until then everything was running smoothly so that’s why the safety indexes are high.

After the buy out everything went downhill I guess. I think it’s only a month that they changed administration so they don’t have many examples to lower the safety indexes.

The other casinos under that company is ok. This is the problem for now.


As I am saying that I am waiting for my money for over 3 weeks and I don’t get any update from them but I guess I can’t do anything. So we are in the same page.
