I think more disgusting is the fact that casino.guru within 3-4 months seeing so much alerts from many customers of this "near to fraud" casino, don't want to reduce the high 8.9 safety index given to them. That's just strange. I will Never trust any safety index Painted here after this.

Yes I wrote already the same two-three times. The reason why they don't do it is a bit strange.

The approach of this Piss Casino is scamshit, never seen a rip-off tactic like this..

3,5 weeks for 'provider request' (that 100% never happened anyway by nobody, just a tactic to scam) and now 3,5 weeks for KYC (2 Photos, very hard to control in 3-4 weeks or more 😀) .

I'm glad I didn't win more money at this monkey casino. I am sorry for all who won more then 500 or more of thoundands Dollar..

I'm quite sorry about all this, to tell you the truth. These are terrible times to be waiting for money, and I wouldn't want to be in it myself. If I did get it, I would probably never come here again.

Morate da snizite ocenu ovog odvratnog, prljavog kazina.

Nije isto kao pre; u stvari, trebalo bi da se smanji na 0 i revalorizuje od datuma kada je stečeno. To NEMA NIKAKVE veze sa starom grupom kazina i ponudama/procesom koji stoji iza nje. Samo ime kazina ostaje.

Molim vas, preduzmite nešto, ove prevarantske svinje moraju biti razotkrivene na internetu i ljudi moraju biti hitno upozoreni na ovu gnusnu prevaru!

Looks like your "usual procedures" are usually useless or at least they are too late. Seems you "paint" your ratings for you and for the casinos but never for casino customers.

I understand that anger and frustration are in place when players wait so long. 

Anyway, every case must end so that we can say for sure that the casino made a mistake and did not pay out the player, or made some other fraud. Only then will the safety index change. 

If you know how to do it better, so be it, you can make your own page and show us your methods. 🙂

We try to do best for players because without them we won't go far.

So every time we would try to do everything for casinos and favor them, it could backfire.

Ali kazino više NEMA NIKAKVE veze sa starim kazinom Snatch, pa zašto se sve stare recenzije pre aprila jednostavno ne obrišu i objavi nova recenzija od tog trenutka? To je kao novi kazino i samo obmanjuje ljude.

Prevarni kazino može, kao što je već slučaj, jednostavno da napiše ispod svake žalbe svake dve nedelje tokom dve godine: „Trudimo se da ubrzamo vašu isplatu" bla bla bla.

Onda slučaj još uvek nije zatvoren, i niko ne može da donese presudu. Zašto ne postoji ograničenje od jednog meseca? Zato što je sve duže od mesec dana već velika prevara i nema nikakve veze sa normalnim procedurama. Ja i još nekoliko njih čekamo svoj novac već dva prokleta meseca. Da li stvarno mislite da će isplatiti? 😀 I indirektno ga štitite. Ovo nije zamišljeno kao lični napad, ali postupak deluje veoma čudno.

But the fact is that there are problems with safety indexes. Sure many people agree with that. I guess casino.guru just need a little -to revise the system of giving indexes. It will make people to trust to indexes more.
