Hello, my account was banned for "duplicate account" reasons. My partner created an account because they liked the site, and we were both playing from an iPad. We both wanted to take advantage of the promotion where you get 40 free spins. I won $40 from that, but in order to withdraw the winnings, I had to make a deposit. I made the deposit, and then my account got banned for duplicate accounts. They took the money from my account, didn’t reply to any of my messages, and ignored me for 5 days. I tried to contact them, but got no answer. My deposited money was deleted and transferred to their own account. I also tried contacting customer support through the website, but they didn’t care either — I waited 50–70 minutes for someone to join the chat, and then they just closed the conversation saying it wasn’t their responsibility.

Let’s hope for that but I don’t think so. Even their live chat stopped responding. I think you will have many cases like that.

If so, I will try to talk to my colleagues about whether it would be good to have some warning on our site.

I wasn't referring to you; I was responding to someone else. The casino is trying to rip off a lot of customers and not pay them out. I hope you get your money. But this person, who won several hundred thousand euros, will probably never get his money back because they're scammers!

Finally they completed the KYC and got my winnings. Really slow processes in this casino so I wouldn’t recommend it.No updates in my emails or my messages only one representative helped me and opened the ticket. Let's hope in the future they fix that. And really stupid that they replied to the complaint on the last day so they will not get the bad review. They managed to lose players with this method.

I hope they will give the money to all the players.
