They are not slow with withdrawals. Slow is processing it in 72h instead of 24h.
They are fast to take deposits, but check out these complaints - some players are waiting for MONTHS to get their withdrawal paid out, and some never got it. That is not slow, that is deliberate scamming and you know it, you just don’t have the balls or authority to admit it. End of story!

I understand the frustration, in your case it's still a slow withdrawal. As for the other cases, I can't speak for all of them, I'm an admin not a solver. The fact that some people are waiting so long is sad and I don't excuse the casino at all, I'm just trying to mitigate maybe the impact it can have on the players a little bit. I can't do much from behind the computer and I don't contact the casino about these things.
If it bothers you feel free to say so and I won't try to write anything to you, I'll just ignore you. I don't have a problem admitting that it's wrong, but I have more of a problem if players are suddenly so smart after playing somewhere and looking at all the information after they deposit there.

I've been trying since yesterday. I initially wanted to put my account on a break while they ptocess my withdrawal. They refused to do that. I ended up playing the money and losing, and they started offering me bonuses to stay and refuse to close down the account. I expressed concern that I can not control my gambling impulse amd they just offered me bonuses to stay. Lasten, rhey said they'll close my account but I need to wait. It's been 5 hours since they told me this and they still have done nothing.

To je za mene stvar principa i nisam želeo da dam ovim gadovima ni centa više.
