I can see it's been going on for an untold amount of time. I also saw that the casino has already written to the complaint and they should comment again. I don't understand what can take so long but it is not very normal anymore.

Imam potpuno isti problem. Čekam na isplatu od preko 1.000 evra od sredine marta. Ranije nije bilo problema sa ovim kazinom. Ali otkako sam promenio kazina, odlažu isplate koliko god je to moguće. Prvo je bila provera provajdera oko šest nedelja, a sada čekam KYC proveru sedam nedelja (moj nalog je već verifikovan u januaru). Žalba je trenutno na čekanju preko Casino Guru-a.
