Kazino sada ne radi, i nakon 3 dana čekanja, odgovori su me uveravali da je moje povlačenje stavljeno u red i spremno za plaćanje.
Trećeg dana moje povlačenje je otkazano, bez ikakvog objašnjenja.
Kontaktirao sam putem ćaskanja uživo i rečeno mi je da treba da podnesem KYC dokumenta, nakon što mi je rečeno da to nije potrebno.
Dokumenta sam podneo 25. jula, a sada je 14. avgust.
Svaki dugo očekivani odgovor iz bilo koje e-mail komunikacije je isti skriptovani odgovor.
Jedini brzi i pozitivni odgovori koje sam dobio bili su u vezi sa upitom da li mi je dozvoljeno da igram dok je moja isplata zamrznuta/otkazana.
O da, apsolutno možeš da igraš.
Nisam dotakao ravnotežu.
Svakako dobijam gomilu imejlova koji me podstiču da iskoristim bonuse i uplatim depozit lol

I contacted live chat and was told I needed to submit kyc documents, after I was told it was not required.
I submitted the documents on July 25th and it's now Aug. 14th.
Every long awaited response from any email communication is the same scripted response.
The only responses I got that was quick and positive was in regards to an inquiry if I was allowed to play while my withdraw was frozen/cancelled.
