Pišem ovu temu da osudim zloupotrebu u ime Solcasina, pogrešno me optužujući da sam prekršio ToS i to mi neće vratiti novac nakon zabrane mog naloga.
Uložio sam oko 2500$ (8 Solana) početkom novembra na Solcasino da bih se kladio na sport i osvojio oko 7000$ za nekoliko dana. Posle ovih pobeda, moj bilans je bio oko 31 Solana i moj nalog je vrlo brzo posle toga bio ograničen na maksimalnu opkladu od 1$.
Pošto više nisam mogao da se kladim tamo, prvo sam pokušao da podignem 5 Solana i povlačenje je dobro funkcionisalo bez ikakvih problema. Sledećeg dana, a to je bio 13. novembar, tako da imate neku vrstu vremenskog okvira za ono što sledi, od mene je zatraženo da završim KIC, što sam i uradio.
U narednih nekoliko sati, sve na mom nalogu je bilo zaključano i iskačući prozor mi je rekao da moram da kontaktiram podršku. Danima sam pokušavao da im se obratim, ali mi nikada nisu odgovorili.
Konačno sam uspeo da razgovaram sa podrškom o discord-u 22. novembra (slika 1) i rekli su mi da je moj nalog na pregledu i da će 30. novembra doneti konačnu odluku šta će se desiti sa mojim nalogom i moj novac. U međuvremenu sam im rekao da sam spreman za video poziv da obavim dalju verifikaciju kako piše na njihovoj veb stranici (slike 2 i 3). 27., što je bilo 3 dana pre zvanične presude, osoba za podršku uživo mi je rekla da mogu da dobijem nazad samo svoje početne depozite, a ne i dobitak, što je očigledno čista pljačka (slika 4).
Poruka koju sam dobio kao presudu u vezi sa svojim nalogom 30. novembra bila je jednostavno da sam prekršio ToS (što očigledno nisam, samo sam osvojio puno sreće za kratko vreme) i da mi neće reći kako su našao, jer nema prekršaja (slika 5)
Čak sam u nekoliko navrata nudio da uradim dalju verifikaciju, od kojih nijedna nije ni priznata. Činjenica da je osoba za podršku uživo s kojom sam razgovarao pominjala zatvaranje računa i početno povlačenje depozita u više navrata pre nego što je presuda uopšte doneta, prilično jasno ukazuje na nedostatak objektivnosti u procesu.
Od sada moram da čekam do 30. decembra da vidim šta mogu da povučem, a da nisam siguran šta ću zapravo moći da uradim. To stvara veliki stres jer ima mnogo novca na liniji i što Solcasino uopšte ne brine o svojim kupcima. Ohrabrujem svakoga ko kreira nalog ovde da ga zatvori što je pre moguće kako bi izbegli isti tretman kao ja.
I’m writing this thread to denunciate abuse on the behalf of Solcasino, wrongfully accusing me of violating ToS and that won’t give me any money back after banning my account.
I deposited around 2500$ (8 Solana) at the beginning of November on Solcasino to do some sports betting and won around 7000$ in a few days. After these wins, my balance was around 31 Solana and my account got limited to 1$ max bet very quickly afterwards.
Not being able to bet there anymore, I first tried to withdraw 5 Solana and the withdrawal worked fine without any issue. The next day, which was November 13th so you have a sort of time frame for what’s to come next, I got asked to complete KYC, which I did.
Within the next few hours, everything on my account was locked and a popup window told me I had to contact the support. I tried to reach out to them for days, but they would never reply to me.
I finally managed to talk to the support on discord on the 22nd of November (picture 1), and they told me that my account was under review and that they would issue a final decision on the 30th of November regarding what would happen to my account and my money. In the meantime I told them that I was ready to have a video call to do further verification as it’s written on their website (pictures 2 and 3). On the 27th, which was 3 days before the official verdict, the live support person tells me that I may only get my initial deposits back and not my winnings, which is obviously pure robbery (picture 4).
The message I received as a verdict regarding my account on November 30th was simply that I violated ToS (which I obviously didn’t, I just won a lot getting lucky in a short amount of time) and that they will not tell me how they found it, because there is no violation (picture 5)
I even offered on several occasions to do further verification, none of which were even acknowledged. The fact that the live support person I was talking to, was mentioning account closure and initial deposit withdrawals on multiple occasions before a verdict was even reached, is pretty clearly indicating a lack of objectivity in the process.
As of now I have to wait until December 30th to see what I can withdraw, without being sure of what I will actually be able to do. It creates a lot of stress as there is a lot of money on the line and that Solcasino doesn’t care about its customers at all. I heavily encourage anyone creating an account here to close it as fast as they can to avoid receiving the same treatment as I did.
