My account don’t need veryfication at this moment. It is my first withdrawal. However they didn’t providing a reason behind the delay. We are currently on the 10th day.

Thanks for the informative answer. I hope this will be resolved as soon as possible and you will get your money or a reason for what is happening. I assumed it might be verification but since you say it is not, then it must be something else. 

Anyway, we will have to be patient and wait and see what happens next and if nothing happens then our team will come in and try to contact the casino.
