Ja sam Brazilac, živim u Portugalu 3 godine, ali zbog velike potražnje imigracije i kašnjenja, još uvek nisam dobio svoj dokument, ali postoji opcija za izbor zemlje. Već sam kontaktirao podršku! Prilikom registracije sam naveo zemlju u kojoj živim, Portugal, ali pošto postoji apsurdno kašnjenje u isporuci dokumenata ovde, još uvek nisam dobio svoj! Poslao sam im imejl da objasnim situaciju, a oni su mi rekli da im je potreban portugalski dokument, ali igram u nekoliko kazina ovde u Portugalu i nikada nisam imao ovaj problem sa isplatama. Moj dokaz o adresi je već pet dana na pregledu na SpinRollz-u, bez ikakvog odgovora. Ovo je treći put da sam poslao tražena dokumenta.

Moje povlačenje novca je odloženo skoro 30 dana, a dokumenti su mi odbijeni 3 puta bez ikakvog objašnjenja, a to su upravo dokumenti koje sam kazino traži, kao što su račun za internet i ugovor o zakupu.

Sada sam poslao zvanični portugalski dokument koji je izdala Finansaska uprava, dobijen nakon 3 sata čekanja i kašnjenja na poslu, što mi je izazvalo ozbiljne profesionalne i lične probleme.
