Podnosim formalnu žalbu protiv ovog kazina jer je razgovor putem njihovog ćaskanja uživo i frustrirajući i smešan. Zahtevi za isplatu su podneti 17. i 19. septembra 2025. godine i otkazani su. Njihov izgovor je bio da ih je moja banka odbila. Ovo je potpuna laž, jer sam odmah kontaktirao dotičnu banku, a oni nisu znali ništa o problemu. Kada sam to saznao, ponovo sam kontaktirao kazino. To je više od istog: nejasni odgovori tipa „kopiraj i nalepi" koji me samo čine još očajnijim.

Od danas, imam tri isplate od 500 evra, a 6.500 evra je na čekanju. Pokušao sam da ih podignem na različite načine kako ne bi mogli da koriste izgovor banke. Smatram da je dosadašnji tretman koji su dobili prilično loš, ali imaju mogućnost da se sami iskupe. I consider the treatment I have received so far to be quite poor, but I believe the casino still has the opportunity to make things right. I remain willing to cooperate, but I also reserve the right to escalate this case if the delays and lack of resolution persist.
