Pa šta pokušavate da nam objasnite? Da se ne poštuju uslovi koje je postavio sam kazino, na šta smo mi kao igrači pristali, navodeći da se isplati za 1-3 dana? Da li je to u redu iz vaše perspektive i ne bi trebalo da utiče na njen rejting? Ako kazino plaća kad god želi, a da vam ne navede razlog za kašnjenje kako biste mu se obratili ili dali dokumente koji bi mogli pomoći, da li se to takođe ne računa u njegovu ocenu? Pogrešno je što verifikacija nije uračunata u ocenu!
Ako kazino pokušava da stvori birokratske prepreke tokom procesa verifikacije kako bi iskoristio vreme i učinio vas dovoljno frustriranim da prestanete da tražite svoj novac, zar to ne bi trebalo da bude uključeno u njegovu ocenu?
Zašto, kada ste već poslali četiri dokumenta (koja su tražili) koja jasno navode i potvrđuju vašu adresu stanovanja, onda traže registraciju vašeg automobila, za koji svi znamo da ima datum kupovine, i kažu vam da treba da bude novijeg? Šta želite da radimo kao igrači? Da prodamo naš auto i kupimo novi samo da bismo imali noviju kupovinu? Jer im ni to nije bilo dovoljno.
Imam utisak da grešite — ovo je samo moje lično mišljenje — i da su brza verifikacija i opcije brzog povlačenja faktori koji pozitivno doprinose reputaciji kazina.

So what are you trying to explain to us? That the terms set by the casino itself, which we as players agreed to, stating that it pays out in 1-3 days, are not being followed? Is that okay from your perspective and shouldn't affect its rating? If the casino pays whenever it wants without providing you with a reason for the delay so that you can address it or provide documents that might help, does that also not count towards its rating? It's wrong that verification isn't factored into the rating!

What do you want us to do as players? Sell our car and buy a new one just to have a more recent purchase title? Because even that wasn't enough for them.
I have the impression that you're mistaken—this is just my personal opinion—and that quick verification and fast withdrawal options are factors that contribute positively to a casino's reputation.

About the unusual that you stated , if they found something "unusual" they must inform the player for the delay about investigation its taken place.
