Još jedan izveštaj o mom slučaju sa Lucki Dreams. Nakon što su jednom prebacili 60 evra, posle nedelja drame oko kreditne kartice, koja nije bila samo na ime moje žene i koja je od tada otkazana jer je banka prekinula promociju sa Amazonom, prebacili su 60 evra prvi put nakon što sam morao sam da pošaljem još jednu fotografiju lične karte moje žene od 200 evra koje sam već hteo da prebacim. Ponovo sam posebno pitao da li sada mogu da koristim bankovni račun na koji su prebacili 60 evra kao novo sredstvo plaćanja, a službenik na telefonskoj liniji je prošli put napisao da to nije problem. Posle toga sam hteo da podignem 200 evra od preostalih 260 evra. Nakon 4 dana čekanja, juče uveče su napisali da ima problema i odbili. Samo podsetnik. Kreditna kartica koju sam koristio za prvi depozit pre skoro godinu dana bila je na ime moje supruge jer je ona radna osoba u našoj kompaniji. Nalog za igre je postavljen na moje ime. Stanje na računu je odjednom bilo 0 i dobici su zadržani jer nije bilo dozvoljeno deponovanje u ime treće strane. To je bilo i navedeno u pravilniku. Tako je preko 260 evra jednostavno nestalo.

Ozbiljno sumnjam da li se Lucki Dreams-u može verovati ili je to samo uobičajena drama kada treba da se isplate.

I have serious doubts as to whether Lucky Dreams can be trusted or whether it is just the usual drama when they are supposed to pay out.

Nochmal eine Meldung zu meinem Fall bei Lucky Dreams. Nachdem man ja einmal 60 Euro überwiesen hat, Nach wochenlangen Theater um die Kreditkarte, die ncht nur auf meine Frau lief und inzwischen gekündigt war, weil die Bank eine Aktion mit Amazon eingestellt hat, überwies man,nachdem ich nochmal ein Foto des Personalausweis meiner Frau schicken sollte das erste mal 60 Euro von eigentlich 200 Euro, die ich da schon überweisen wollte. Ich fragte extra nochmal nach ob ich das Bankkonto, auf das sie die 60 Euro überwiesen haben, denn nun als neues Zahlungsmittel verwenden könne und die Hotline Mitarbeiterin letztes Mal schrieb, das sei kein Poblem. Danach wollte ich nun 200 Euro von dem noch vorhandenen Gewinn von 260 Euro auszahlen. Nach 4 Tagen warten schrieb man gestern abend, dass es dabei Problene gäbe und lehnte das ab. Nochmal zur Erinnerung. Die Kreditkarte mit der ich vor fast einem Jahr das erste Mal eingezahlt hatte lief auf den Namen meiner Frau, weil sie die Berufstätige bei uns ist. Das Spielkonto war auf meinen Namen eingerichtet. Der Kontostand war plötzlich 0 und der Gewinn werdeeinbehalten, weil es nicht erlaubt sei auf den Namen einer dritten Person einzuzahlen. Das stände so auch in den Regeln. Also über 260 Euro einfach weg.

Das hatte ich nie verheimlicht, wusste es nur damals nicht besser...
Ich habe üble Zweifel, ob man Lucky Dreams vertrauen kann, oder ob es das übliche Theater ist, wenn sie auszahlen sollen.
