Hey, no fees for withdrawals although I read comments saying that when withdrawing with crypto they got tiny bit less. I am sure that's due to fluctuating exchange rates of crypto. It just fluctuates a lot.
Depends what bonus, around 30x for most. Terms are fair, e.g. Betflip (scam site that don't pay) or Luckymister say if you wager more than 2 on any slots they can take your entire balance, Luckymister did that.
