I had a very bad experience with Verde Casino. My money was cancelled and taken away. I had an active bonus and I played until I met the bonus conditions. I had a sum of 1010 euros, which was then taken away after I met the conditions and they only credited me with 38 euros. They didn't want to give me my money. 1. mich als Spielsüchtig darzustellen ist Rufschädigung 

2. der Bonus war erreicht und der Überschuss von 1015€ steht mir zu und nicht nur 75€

3. Sie haben mich ohne Vorwarnung oder Begründung gesperrt 

4. ich habe auf die letzen Freispiele tagelang gewartet weil es in ihrem System Fehler gab. 

Dann habe ich vor der Sperrung Geld erspielt und das haben sie auch einkassiert !!! 

Ich werde das Ganze nicht hinnehmen 

ich verzichte nicht auf mein erspieltes Geld

das sind mehr als 1000€ gewesen. Und die möchte ich ausgezahlt haben

Verde Casino kann mich gerne gesperrt lassen.
