Requested a withdrawal of around $400 nine days ago, still processing and not paid out, would avoid this casino...

Hi, did the casino tell you any reason why the withdrawal is still pending ? Have you verified here yet or was it not necessary ? Have you had any successful withdrawals before ? 

I am asking these questions because we give casinos a full 14 days to sort out everything necessary and send the money to the player. If they fail to do so then we will try to help if you file a complaint. 

So I will wait for your reply.

Da, napravio sam još tri isplate i normalno mi je plaćeno.. da, izvršio sam identifikaciju poslao sam im sve papire i sve su ih prihvatili.. ne jer nisam imao vremena da podignem novac jer su mi zatvorili račun za nema razloga .. ne znam razlog zašto je to urađeno oni jednostavno ne žele da plate jer su lopovi

They only told me that it takes 1-3 business days, and that delays can happen, when i contacted live support they again told me the same, that my money is safe and its on its way, but its been too long without a reason, its not a big win.

When i go in settings and in verification it says that at the moment my account doesnt require additional verification. I will keep track and if they dont pay, after 14th day ill open a dispute..

Clearly, I think that's probably the best you can do. I'm sure there may be some delay but I'd like to know what's going on and not just general information. 

Anyway, we'll have to keep a cool head now and hopefully they'll keep their word and the money will get into your account. 

I will wait for an update.  😉

Just to update here that i have been paid out this morning, it was just under two weeks, but the only thing important is that i have received my winnings, congrats Wazamba!

Da, razgovarao sam sa njima i moj nalog je u redu, samo me impresionira da mi jedan predstavnik kaže da postoji tehnički problem sa mojim nalogom pri povlačenju, a drugi predstavnik mi kaže da je sve u redu i da bi trebalo da prođe 3 dana do mog povlačenja su završena! Imam sve kopije u mejlu. Počinjem da brinem ako ne završe moja povlačenja, šta se dešava?

Do you think you will still play here and adapt to how long it took to withdraw or would you rather find a casino that has a better process ?

However, I firmly believe that this will not be necessary. I also just wrote off a player who took almost two weeks to withdraw, so I suppose it could take in your case as well.
