Did you actually read the section 5,12 of the terms I posted previously in thread? 15x turnover on raw deposit playing live bj or baccarat 🤮. This is insane and unreasonable. They are using what would normally be a bonus weighting percentage for raw deposits.

I was lucky enough to risk the denied withdrawal balance and meet wagering requirements. I have not received withdrawal as of yet.

I do understand your point, and I don't say is okay for them to do it. I just want to say that if it is stated in the terms, which all the players are supposed to read beforehand, we cannot do much about it. You read it, you don't like it, and you don't play. Do you know what I mean? That is how they do it, I reckon.

The main thing is that you have managed it, and hopefully soon you will receive the money. Please let us know; we'll wait for the good news.

Hi, I find it strange that the casino system is set up in such a way that even players who have closed their accounts receive such an offer by email. I don't want to imagine what would happen if someone is self-excluded and something similar comes to them. It definitely shouldn't be like that. 

You don't feel you'd rather not take advantage of this offer, do you ? Do you think you'll contact the casino to find out why you got it or just leave it at that ?
