Wasn't wildsino.com casino founded in 2024...how can I request a bank statement from 2023? The second request was "bank statement 3-6 months"....despite the inquiry, there is no clarification on what the casino requires.

Kuva sivustolta jossa pyydetään "tiliote 3-6 kk" . Mielestäni erikoinen,ennen kokematon pyyntö ilman tarkennusta .Ensimmäinen talletus 7.3.20.25. Kysyttäessä chatista/ sähköpostilla...ei vastausta. I guess that if you have been playing in casinos quite a lot, you know from my answers that unless you successfully authenticate yourself, you won't even get a withdrawal. So first it will be important to find out what is behind the rejection documents, but if the casino doesn't tell you anything it's a misery. If you keep getting them rejected and you don't know what to do next, definitely file a complaint because they are pretty vague about what they need or want. Especially if the chat tells you one thing and the other is written on the page.

Peruste hylkäykselle että olet muuttanut HTML muotoisen tiliotteen PDF muotoon....en ymmärrä. Verkkopankista haetaan tiliote halutulta jaksolta, tulostetaan PDF ja tallennetaan, ja tallenne ladattu kasinon sivustolle profiiliin....joka aina hylätään. Osaako kukaan neuvoa?

I believe that all you are supposed to do is to send them the pdf formated document from your bank that you have received. Right?

So I truly don't understand what the issue is here, to tell you the truth.

Thanks for the reply, to which email address can I send the bank statement for the document guru to review. My bank really can't download a document in any other format, the same document is always accepted at other casinos.
