Da, bio sam u istoj poziciji—banka me je ostavila da čekam 3 meseca jer je moja kartica bila zloupotrebljena i novac je poslat u kazino; za to vreme niko nije odgovorio ni na jedan mejl osim „pročitajte uslove, molim vas", a onda mi se jednog dana odjednom novac vratio. Bez objašnjenja, bez odgovora na moja pitanja o verifikacionim transakcijskim kodovima i tako dalje.
Barem pokušavamo da odgovorimo na probleme igrača ovde na forumu, iako ne rešavamo vaše probleme. Konkretni detalji za svaku žalbu su u njenoj niti.
Dozvolite mi da još jednom kažem da razumem šta govorite. Ni meni se to ne sviđa, ali kao što sam pokušao da objasnim, dokazivanje neke taktike odugovlačenja je skoro nemoguće. S druge strane, svaka žalba je javna i svaki igrač može videti koliko igrača i koliko često se muči. Zato vas molimo da počnete da razmatrate Indeks bezbednosti za ono što on zapravo predstavlja. Ako tražite ocenu zasnovanu na nekoj vrsti opšte brzine povlačenja, ona nije ovde.
Bezbednosni indeks, samostalan, govori vam kolika je verovatnoća da ćete biti plaćeni. Za ostalo, igrači bi trebalo da pretražuju forume, žalbe, recenzije korisnika. Indeks bezbednosti nije zasnovan samo na opštim iskustvima i stoga se ne može menjati 10 puta dnevno na osnovu toga kako se igrači na forumu zapravo osećaju o svakom kazinu.

Ako oboje smatrate da objašnjenje tih specifičnosti nije ono što tražite, u redu je. Ali onda prestanite da nas terate da ponavljamo iste principe, samo zato što vam se ne sviđaju i predstavljate ih na pogrešan način.
Ovde na forumu, mi kao administratori možemo samo da objasnimo stvari. Ne očekujte da promenimo način na koji drugi timovi rade. Savršeno razumem spora povlačenja, ili kašnjenja uvek izgledaju sumnjivo barem delu igrača. Ovo se nikada neće promeniti.
Takođe nismo alat koji biste mogli da koristite da „izgladnete u poslovanju dok se ne promene ili bankrotiraju". Valjda postoji međunarodni sud za to.

Yes, I was in the same position—bank left me waiting 3 months because my card was abused and money was sent to the casino; during that time, no one responded to a single email aside from "read the terms, please," and then one day, suddenly my money was back. No explanation, no answers to my questions about verification transaction codes and so on.
We at least try to address players concerns here on the forum, even though we do not resolve your compalints. Specific details for each complaint are in its thread.
Let me say once more I understand what you are saying. I do not like it either, but as I tried to explain, proving some sort of stalling tactics is almost impossible. On the other hand, each complaint is public and every player may see how many players and how often have been struggling. Generally, such an issue will remain unresolved only if the casino fails to address it or chooses not to make any payments. We may at least use the withdrawal limits as leverage.
Only then may the Safety Index be adjusted because - it does not say how quickly you get paid but WHETHER. The reason has already been explained. So please start considering the Safety Index for what it actually represents. If you seek a rating based on some sort of general withdrawal speed, it is not here.
Safety index, standing alone, tells you, how likely you are going to be paid. For the rest, players should browse forums, complaints, user reviews. Safety index is not solely based on general experiences and thus can't be changed 10 times per day based on how the players on the forum actually feel about each casino.
For that, there is the user rating.
If you both feel that explaining those specifics is not what you seek, that's ok. But then stop forcing us to repeat the same principles, just be cause you don't like them and present them the wrong way.
Here on the forum, we as admins are only capable of explaining things. Do not expect us to change how other teams work. I perfectly understand slow withdrawals, or delays always look suspicious to at least a portion of the players. This is never going to change.
We are also not a tool you could use to " starved of business until they change or go bankrupt". I guess there is an international court for that.
