Vaš imejl u kojem me optužujete za „pokušaj iznude sredstava" je potpuno neosnovan, zapaljiv i neprihvatljiv. Zahtev za povraćaj novca za transakcije koje su obrađene bez odgovarajućeg otkrivanja i kršenjem pravila o zaštiti potrošača je legitimno korišćenje mojih prava – a ne iznuda. Odbacujem ovu karakterizaciju najoštrijim mogućim rečima i uključiću vaš imejl u svaku regulatornu žalbu koju podnesem.
Da budem još jednom jasan:
• Izabrao/la sam standardnu opciju plaćanja debitnom karticom i nikada nisam obavešten/a, upozoren/a niti mi je prikazana bilo kakva potvrda da će transakcija uključivati kupovinu ili zamenu kriptovalute.
• Tokom procesa se nije pojavio upit za adresu novčanika, korak KYC-a ili otkrivanje kriptovalute.
• Plaćanja su bila kodirana pod MCC 6051, zaobilazeći aktivne blokade za kockanje izdavaoca moje kartice — jasno kršenje pravila mreže kartica za koje je odgovoran Kryptonim, kao registrovani trgovac.
Vaši Uslovi korišćenja ne nadjačavaju obavezno pravo potrošača EU ili zahtev za transparentnu obradu. Usluga nije pružena kako je razumno očekivano i nije zaključen važeći informisani ugovor.
Stoga zahtevam, poslednji put, hitan potpuni povraćaj svih transakcija obrađenih kompaniji Kryptonim korišćenjem moje kartice/kartica u januaru i februaru 2026. godine na moj prvobitni način plaćanja, bez ikakvih odbitaka.
Dostavite pisanu potvrdu o ukupnom iznosu povraćaja i detaljima obrade do kraja radnog dana u ponedeljak, 3. marta 2026. godine.
Ako ne dobijem ovu potvrdu do roka, odmah ću nastaviti sa:
• Povraćaj sredstava preko izdavaoca moje kartice, navodeći lažno predstavljanje od strane trgovca i neusaglašenu obradu
• Zvanične žalbe Poljskoj agenciji za finansijski nadzor (KNF), UOKiK-u i Kancelariji za zaštitu ličnih podataka (UODO) u vezi sa nepravilnostima u transakcijama i vašim postupanjem sa mojim ličnim podacima
• Izveštaj Evropskom potrošačkom centru o prekograničnim nelojalnim praksama
Vaša pretnja da ćete „interno preispitati stvar" i sarađivati sa vlastima biće prosleđena istim regulatornim organima zajedno sa celim ovim lancem prepiske.
Ovo je vaša poslednja prilika da rešite stvar mirnim putem. Očekujem vašu brzu potvrdu danas.

Your email accusing me of an "attempt to extort funds" is completely unfounded, inflammatory, and unacceptable. Requesting a refund for transactions that were processed without proper disclosure and in breach of consumer protection rules is a legitimate exercise of my rights — not extortion. I reject this characterisation in the strongest possible terms and will include your email in any regulatory complaint I file.
To be clear once again:
• I selected a standard debit card checkout option and was never informed, warned, or shown any confirmation that the transaction would involve purchasing or exchanging for cryptocurrency.
• No wallet address prompt, KYC step, or crypto disclosure appeared during the process.
• The payments were coded under MCC 6051, bypassing my card issuer’s active gambling blocks — a clear violation of card network rules for which Kryptonim, as the merchant of record, is responsible.
Your Terms of Use do not override mandatory EU consumer law or the requirement for transparent processing. The service was not provided as reasonably expected, and no valid informed contract was formed.
I therefore demand, for the final time, the immediate full refund of all transactions processed to Kryptonim using my card(s) in January and February 2026 to my original payment method, with no deductions.
Provide written confirmation of the total refunded amount and processing details by close of business on Monday 3 March 2026.
If I do not receive this confirmation by the deadline, I will immediately proceed with:
• Chargeback(s) through my card issuer citing merchant misrepresentation and non-compliant processing
• Formal complaints to the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (KNF), UOKiK, and the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO) regarding both the transaction irregularities and your handling of my personal data
• A report to the European Consumer Centre for cross-border unfair practices
Your threat to "review the matter internally" and cooperate with authorities will be forwarded to the same regulators along with this entire correspondence chain.
This is your final opportunity to resolve the matter amicably. I expect your prompt confirmation today.
