Već 4 dana pratim ovu stranicu i pročitao sam većinu njih.
Dakle, imam dve glavne kompanije od kojih pokušavam da vratim novac, Pixelpay Solutions i Clarfinsupport.com.
Ja sam iz Halifaksa koji nisu uopšte zainteresovani (bio sam iskren po pitanju kockanja), njihov odgovor je u osnovi dobio si ono što si platio, imam MCC kodove koji nisu povezani sa kockanjem (IT, odeća itd.), nijedan od njih nije 7995 MCC kod, da li je neko imao sreće sa Halifaksom?
Više puta sam slao imejlove kompaniji Pixelpay Solutions, kao i Clarfin podršci, ali nisam dobio odgovor. Uspeo sam da razgovaram telefonom sa nekim iz Pixelpay-a, ko je bio veoma neodlučan kada sam ga pitao da li razgovaram sa Pixelpay-om i rekao je da će mi novac biti vraćen danas i da pošaljem imejl. Odgovorio sam da sam poslao imejl 10 puta, ali nisam dobio odgovor, a ona je rekla da će to biti rešeno danas, iako nije uzela ime, detalje transakcije, iznose ili bilo šta drugo.
Halifaksova rečenica je da ste dobili ono što ste platili. Rekao sam da želim da pokrenem zahtev za povraćaj sredstava na osnovu lažnog predstavljanja, ali oni nisu zainteresovani uprkos tome što su priznali da su obrađeni potpuno pogrešno.
Ukupno je oko 1000 funti, ali izgleda da ne postižemo ništa kod trgovaca ili Halifaksa.

So I have two main companies I'm trying to get money back from Pixelpay solutions and Clarfinsupport.com
I am with Halifax who are not interested whatsoever ( I have been honest about the gambling issue ) their response is basically you got what you paid for, I have the MCC codes which are unrelated to gambling ( IT, Clothing etc ) none of them are 7995 MCC codes, has anybody had any luck with Halifax?
I have emailed pixelpay solutions numerous times as well as Clarfinsupport with no responses, I did manage to speak to someone on the phone from Pixelpay who was very hesistant when I asked if this was Pixelpay I was talking to and said I would be refunded today and to send an email, to which I replied I had sent 10 to no response and she said it will be sorted today, despite taking no name, transaction details, amounts or anything.
Halifax line is you got what you paid for, I said I want to raise the chargebacks under misrepresentation, but they are not interested despite admitting they have been processed completely incorrectly
In total its about £1000 but don't seem to be getting anywhere with merchants or Halifax
