Anyway, that's why I always say that you need to keep in mind that the customer support agents are also just people as you. They might be inexperienced, they might do mistakes. That's why it's always recommended to save conversation with them, especially when they give you any information that's important for you. You never know when you'll need to use it as an evidence in order to get your winnings 🙂
