I have registered in site recently.
Deposited 50€ and got 125% bonus
So started to play my favorite game and ended up winning a lot, when bonus requermets were met amount offcourse reduced 3 times, but still few hundreds to play with.
Kept playing and won quite nice amount.
Than i sent my passport picture witch was required, but i got email that i need to makes passport picture and selfie at same time.
So i did.
After not hearing from them i chatted with them on live chat.
Turned out my passport wasn't visible clear enough.
Fine, but noone asked me, i need ed to ask myself.
Than i quickly made couple of selfies with passport and sent it over in chat.
Operator told me that it probably will do.
I need to wait for it to be confirmed takes 1-2 weeks.
Been couple of days, still waiting.
Everytime i requested withdrawal, it gets rejected, because I'm not approved.
Why just not to approve than as soon as visible that there is withdrawal request.
My personal experience so far is that it takes long time.
Hope to finally get vertified and get my money out .
Will leave another post here when i finnaly do, so you know what to expect on waiting times, not impressed so far.

They say they might need to ask for other documents, but noone asks for nothing so far.
I hope it won't be need to get more documents and than again long wait to get approved.

KYC can be rather time-consuming, but I would be vigilant since BiamoBet Casino earned a bad reputation.
On the other hand, there were only a few approved complaints, the most recent was about the struggling KYC process.

Isn't this place to share experience with casino?
That's my experience and it is 100% true.
There is casinos were vertifying takes minutes and money is out same day.
Not even you need to ask to be verified, but you need to take pictures with calculator, because it can be uploaded just 4MB big picture.
Unfortunately that's my experience so far with casino and although casino is being bring to bad light, that's what it is.
As well i have been reaching and reaching new VIP levels, earnings some points, but in store there is nothing you can use those points for.
So - congratulations for earning points, but they are useless so far.
It is what it is, and maybe casino will improve, I'm still waiting to be verified and get my money out, will update as soon as i do.
