Predstavnik korisničke podrške kazina, Paul, mi je dao sljedeće informacije:
" Pogledao sam slučaj i vidim da nam igrač nikada nije prosledio kompletan KYC izveštaj.
Još uvijek nam nedostaje stražnja strana njegove vozačke dozvole, prednja i stražnja strana njegove kreditne kartice koja se završava na 5456 i službeni dokument koji nije stariji od 3 mjeseca kao dokaz adrese. Igrač je na to ponovo podsjećan 21. maja.
Možete li obavijestiti igrača da može samo proslijediti te dokumente koji nedostaju na kyc@hypersino.com i mi ćemo obraditi njegov zahtjev za povlačenje na čekanju što je prije moguće.

I was provided with the following information by the casino's Customer Support representative, Paul:
"I've looked into the case and can see that the player never forwarded us a full KYC report.
We're still missing the backside of his driving license, front- and backside of his credit card ending with 5456 and a official document that isn't older than 3 months old as proof of address. The player was again reminded about this on the 21st of May.
Could you let the player know that he can just forward those missing documents to kyc@hypersino.com and we'll process his pending withdraw request asap.
Thank you for your cooperation & the notification."
